Such participation will help future users, consumers and other industry professionals make better buying decisions, practices, and/or continue to practice in good faith, and ethics. This discussion forum is also for industry folks that want to advise on future trade shows, news and informative content that both trades people and/or consumers can learn from, and exchange ideas. Many of the subjects are broad, and content on diamondchitchat.com the “diamond forum” should be relevant to these two industries (diamond, wedding). Users are expected to use common sense, and discretion. We do not allow for discussions on ethic groups, politics, porn, strong language, or vulgar behavior and other matters that may discriminate, offend others. By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any message of spam, obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. You wish to respect the views and opinions of other professional colleagues and/or users. Under no circumstance can DiamondChitChat.com Inc. be sued for negligence, submitted content or posted threads within DiamondChitChat.com. We also don’t permit discussions on subjects that advertise or promote other competitive websites dealing, or informing consumers in relation to the diamond and/or wedding industry. We don’t permit end-users on this site to spam, or advertise their favorite merchant by linking or posting many threads in effort to promote that merchant or products/services on diamondchitchat.com. Spamming can lead to a penalty and/or a fine. If you, the end-user spam’s, we may warn you the first time, but are not subject to warn you at all. We will notify your ISP then ban you and block your I.P from re-entering back into the diamond forum. If you break the rules, and continue to spam, we will fine you $400.00 USD for each spam submitted. We will do a full investigation and bill you for damages and any legal fees. If court proceedings go into affect, we have the right to proceed in court where DiamondChitChat.com Inc. feels fit, and this maybe in Canada, within the province of Ontario, under Ontario Law. Advertising of any sort is prohibited without the authorization of the Administrator first, if the Admin does not send a Private Message to you with permission to do so, it’s not permitted. Unless you are a paid advertiser on the website, advertising is not permitted. We make exceptions to some trades people if they maintain a certain number of posts, and provide rich content that is beneficial to consumers/or trades people. The Admin gets the last word, and all permissions to advertise links, Url’s must be with a written permission signed by the Administrator and dated. Otherwise any Url posting, mention of jewelry stores repetitively or other businesses, added signature with business email, Url, telephone numbers, mailing address is not permitted nor any links to direct services or products on merchants website. This is considered spam. If you are a trades person, professional or merchant that would like to add their business information in the signature area, with a link back to their website, or would like to receive sales leads please submit your request for signature Ads to the Admin by email at greg@diamondchitchat.com. Depending on the contributions made to the forum we will determine what level of signature advertising is allowed for your account, if any. Any business professional conducting business through diamondchitchat.com must first have permission. All business professions of any trade on this website must conduct proper business ethics. You as a business professional, conductor of business even through association, or in part affiliate agrees to all these rules before becoming a member on DiamondChitChat.com.
